January 17, 2011 (Day 352) — Late Night Nip
It’s a late night. You’ve had long, hard day at work and then a hard night of play. You need to unwind. Get some good music on the record player (or queued up on the iPod). Let your mind settle a bit, stop racing from the day. This, a little creation of the laboratories of Cocktails, 365, is the perfect end to perfect day.
The night is young, and you're so beautiful.
Late Night Nip
2 oz bourbon
1 oz cranberry vodka
1 oz champagne
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice, stir well and sip while letting your mind wander.
Nice and autumnal, with a perfect little sparkle on the end. Not for the faint of heart, as it does have a bit of a kick, but perfect for sitting and relaxing while listening to the rain fall outside.
