January 3, 2011 (Day 338) — Nutty Italian
Rehearsal starts tonight for “The Woman in Black” at the theater, which means my evenings are pretty much dedicated for a while. Don’t worry though, as we wind down this project I won’t forget about you. I’ve come too far to stop now!
Tonight’s drink is the Nutty Italian:
Although, not that kind of nutty Italian. HOOO-AH!
Nutty Italian
1 oz amaretto
1 oz nocello walnut liqueur
1 oz vodka
2 oz half and half
Combine all your ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well and the strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Nutty! No seriously, this is really very good but sweet. An excellent dessert drink after a nice Italian meal.
