December 22, 2010 (Day 326) — Holiday Hopper
It wasn’t too long ago that I actually finally busted my Mudslide cherry and made the drink that makes sorority girls famous (for all the wrong reasons).
So, let’s play around with that forumla and create something unique for the holidays.
Holiday Hopper
1 oz Midori melon liqueur
1/2 oz green creme de menthe
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
2 oz half and half
Pour the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake well, then strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with mint leaves.

An oddly pleasant mixture of classic flavors of the Grasshopper with some melon notes on the end. Strangely delicious!
