Long day, gentlemen. Let us strike up a pipe of our finest tobacco from the colonies, polish our monocles and polish up our elephant guns. It’s time for a Colonial Boy.

Colonial Boy

1 oz Irish whiskey

Dash of simple syrup

Black tea

In a prewarmed Irish coffee mug, pour your syrup and whiskey. Mix well, then pour boiling water into the mug and steep your tea.

Tasty and warm.
