November 15, 2010 (Day 289) — Cherry Cola
We’re continuing as I slog my way through the leftover 360 Vodka flavors. Last night’s creation wasn’t exactly the belle of the ball, so hopefully tonight’s will be better. Although, I’m not entirely convinced it will be, considering I’m going to go ahead tonight and use the vodka that I felt there were absolutely no redeeming qualities: the cola vodka.

The recommended drink seemed a bit boring so I played around with it and came up with something not completely horrifying.
Cherry Cola
1.5 oz cola vodka
Dash of grenadine
Tonic water to top
In a snifter, mix your vodka, grenadine and tonic with some ice then serve.
Better than yesterday’s drink, I’ll give you that, but still not great. This just reaffirms my belief that the 360 Cola vodka would simply be better served as a backer to cola and cola alone. Alas…
