Hey, guess what today is?

C’mon guess.

Yep. It’s Thirsty Thursday.

It’s also 09/02/2010.

Or 90210.

I’ve never actually seen an episode of the show. New or old.  I simply know it from how it permeated pop culture for over a decade. So, literally, I looked up the show on Wikipedia to try and get some information. Something was mentioned about a Peach Pit. Works for me. There’s already a cocktail, too.

Peach Pit

12 oz cola

1 oz peach schnapps

1 oz. dark rum

1 oz coconut rum

1 oz vodka

In a highball glass filled with ice, combine your rums, vodka and schnapps. Top with cola and stir.

Holy underwear, that is almost unbearably sweet. This is definitely a drink for people who like to get schnockered but don’t like the taste of alcohol. Not my cup of tea. Or glass of booze if you will.

But, happy 90210 at any rate!
