Seabreeze

August 22, 2010 (Day 205) — Seabreeze

So, you’re a beginner bartender. You’ve just got started at the local pub to help pay for your mambo lessons. Or maybe you’re just hoping to start entertaining your friends and family in the comfort of your own home! Both are great! Just make sure you’re not charging your friends and family for the drinks. Then you’ll need a liquor license. Trust me on this one.

The ONE time I bartend without a shirt on!

The Seabreeze is a simple brunch drink.

The Seabreeze

3 oz rum

4 oz cranberry juice

2 oz grapefruit juice

Pour your ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir thoroughly serve up!

There’s really not much to this drink, either in ingredients or taste. It’s a very basic, safe drink to make for those who are just starting to dabble in cocktails and their test subjects are a bit wary. It’s a solid beginners drink.

Cheers!
